About this service
For Men or Women struggling with abusive behaviours in their intimate and/or family relationships.
Are you stressed in your personal relationship?
Do you want to reduce conflict, resolve disagreements and strengthen your relationships in a healthy way?
This program provides an opportunity to:
- increase self-awareness
- learn how to manage emotions
- manage personal stress
- understand the impact of abusive and unhealthy behaviours on their partner and their children
- learn non-abusive conflict resolution skills
- improve communication skills
- learn that they have alternatives to previously destructive choices in their intimate and family relationships
Healthy Relationships group and individual programs are offered for men and women (separately)
