About this service
Ninja-Nastix is a next-level physical literacy program offered by Luna P.L.A.Y. Kids, designed for children to build physical, social, cognitive, and emotional skills. It includes gymnastics, fitness, parkour, and basic karate. The program emphasizes on fun, active learning and incorporates social-emotional life skills such as positivity and kindness. It is offered as a one-hour express class or a two-hour Ninja school class. The activities are designed to help children become well-rounded "ninjas". The program combines traditional gymnastics with an added sense of adventure and engagement.
