About this service
Individual Support is offered through the Family Resource Networks Family Support Worker (FSW). The FSW is available to meet with families and caregivers with children ages 0-6 to address child development, parenting challenges and difficult life transitions. This service also provides parenting support, advocacy and/or assistance for families with children ages 7-18 in accessing community resources and ensuring a smooth transition between services.
