About this service
The family support worker provides support to families across the Bow Valley with complex needs through group facilitation and individual consultations, in an office setting and through in-home supports. The family support worker is available to meet with families individually to address child development and parenting challenges, difficult life transitions, and to provide advocacy/assistance to access a variety of community services. This position provides support to families with children aged 0-18; however, there is a strong focus on families with children under 6 years of age.
