Gain tools and understanding to support change in behaviour. Learn characteristics of healthy and unhealthy relationships, forms of abuse and cycle of violence. Explore personal accountability, practice assertive communication and managing stress to reduce anxiety. No registration fee. Call for next start dates. Program offered twice per year.
