About this service
Home Stay is a housing-first, harm reduction, prevention and diversion program that offers short-term case management to families on the verge of homelessness. If you and your family are facing eviction or have recently become homeless we are here to help!
Working in collaboration with family homeless shelters, resource centres, community hubs and other organizations, Home Stay helps prevent and divert families from homelessness. We do this by providing light-touch case management, financial investments to secure stable housing and creating a plan to increase self-sufficiency.
Once we have helped you to stabilize your housing situation, we work with you to strengthen your capacity to be successful in maintaining housing for the long-term.
