About this service
Through this program you can meet with a nurse, a nutritionist and a social worker and learn about how to ensure a healthy lifestyle for you and your baby. You can also be referred to the Calgary Food Bank, receive gift cards and bus tickets when you come to the program.
For Pregnant Mothers:
Date: Mondays
Time: 10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Location: Mosaic Family Resource Centre (Downtown)
For Mothers With Babies 0-12 months:
Dates: Tuesdays
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Location: Genesis Centre for Community Wellness (Northeast)
For Mothers With Babies 0-12 months:
Dates: Fridays
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Location: Mosaic Family Resource Centre (Downtown)
