About this service
Family Support is a core function of Autism Calgary and is a major way that we provide individualized support to individuals and families living with ASD at all stages of their journey.
Our Family Support Workers are all parents of individuals with ASD and they can meet with you to provide emotional support, answer your questions and provide information, give referrals to other organizations and service providers and help you to navigate the various systems you may be trying to access (diagnostic, health care, education, government funding, etc.).
For general information/support and to meet with someone on the Family Support Team you can drop in between 9:30 am to 5:00 pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday or contact Maria (Family Support Coordinator) at maria@autismcalgary.com Laura (Family Support Worker) at laura@autismcalgary.com to set up an appointment. Appointments are also available, just contact the team.
