About this service

The PACE program empowers adults and youths to explore, pursue and reach their chosen employment goal. When an individual wants more education as a stepping stone to employment, then the Education Team within the program will work with the individual to find, access, and achieve educational goals through inclusive training and courses in the community.

PACE participants may also pursue volunteer opportunities that align with career goals and give a sense of purpose. Volunteer work often leads to lasting paid employment.
