CFN's Job Access Bridge is tailored for newcomer job seekers who are legally entitled to work in Canada. Clients must reside in Alberta, be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident. The program provides targeted job connection support to newcomer job seekers who have multiple barriers and require intensive preparation within the context of first language services.
Services Include:
- One-on-one job application coaching
- Job lead referrals, employer connections and hiring events
- Job retention support: pre-placement workshops and online consultation and follow-up
