About this service
CFN's hospitality work experience initiative is geared towards youth ages 18 to 30 years old, with no or limited work experience, interested in a career in hospitality. The Program provides NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) young people between the ages of 18-31 who are experiencing barriers to entering the labour market with the opportunity to gain skills and experience. All participants achieve positive steps towards employment, training or education.
Services include:
- 4-week training in hospitality industry with work experience component
- Work placement
- 3 months follow-up support and employment connection
