About this service
Community-Based Care for Newcomer Children is a program to help you find the best childcare for you and your children at no cost to you. Program staff will introduce you to licensed daycares and dayhomes in Calgary. They will help you choose the best daycare or dayhome for your needs. Perhaps you want to use a daycare close to your home. Perhaps you want to use a daycare close to your LINC class.
Staff will help you apply for the provincial childcare subsidy. Federal Government (IRCC) pays for the rest of the daycare costs as long as you regularly attend a LINC class in Calgary.
