Housing Stabilization
BowWest can support people through a financial crisis by assisting with rent or utility arrears, basic furniture, unexpected medical costs or specialized equipment or clothing for employment.
BowWest also refers people to Habitat for Humanitys PEAK home ownership program and Accessible Housing.
Furniture & Household Goods
BowWest provides information and refers people to Women in Need, Neighbourlink Calgary, Salvation Army, Interfaith Furniture, Sleep Country and the Calgary Drop-In Furniture Program.
Bus Tickets
Contact BowWest for information about how to access the Fair Entry program for subsidized transit and for tickets to attend medical appointments, court, counselling, and job interviews.
