About this organization
The Crossroads Community Association (CCA) is the residents voice to city hall and the government. Often members from all levels of government come to the meetings to talk with members. This provides communication with these decision makers.
In the past the CCA has help build many playgrounds, got the city to put in more lighting at the Maxbell/ Barlow train station parking lot and fix sidewalks on 19th street. The CCA also helps organize community cleanups. These initiatives increase property values, lowers crime, and makes a healthier and happier community.
The more members the CCA has the better chance we have when applying for grants and receiving support from the city and the government.
The CCA also supports the following non- profit groups : Scouts, Guides, Crossroads Community Preschool, Soccer, 50 plus club and a future community garden. Community memberships are required when registering for these programs.
