About this organization

Confederation Park 55+ Activity Centre is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization working to help older adults reap the benefits of an active lifestyle.

The Centre provides a vibrant and stimulating atmosphere for maintaining and enhancing the mental and physical well-being of Calgarys adults. Members enjoy a variety of dance, music, art, technology and exercise classes taught by some of the top instructors in the city. Member's clubs satisfy many interests and create a lot of laughter and fun.

Our weekly Tea & Conversation Program is an opportunity to gather with the other guests and members of the community. Together we build new friendships, nourish old friendships, and become part of the Confederation Park T&C FAMILY.
