About this service
About Us To provide local planning coordination and promotion of educational opportunities for adults in the community. Barrhead Community Adult Learning (BCAL) began in April 2017. Blue Heron Support Services Association (BHSSA) recognized the importance of having life long learning available for the entire community, and then joined with 120 other communities in Alberta with the same mission. Blue Heron is offering programs like Adult Literacy, English Language Learning, Basic Computer Skills, and many other programs and services based on the needs of the community.
