About this service

LDAY hosts day camps for children with learning difficulties (academic, social or emotional) during summer vacation and March Break.

Our summer and winter day camp programming is targeted at providing children with learning difficulties, disabilities or differences (typically for those between the ages of 7 to 14) with opportunities to develop their self-esteem, work on social skills and make new friends. The standard camp week is Monday to Friday, 8:30/9 am to 3:30/4 pm, with an occasional overnight component.

Each camp is led by skilled counselors who work with the campers to create a fun, safe and non-threatening environment. Camp is a space that is inclusive, welcoming, and geared towards ensuring the participants have a great week! At LDAY, we want everyone to be able to reach their maximum potential, and camp has been striving to accomplish this goal for over 30 years.
