The Reach Out Support Line (ROSL) is a volunteer-based, non-judgmental and FREE support line run by CMHA-YT. ROSL operates with volunteers trained to listen and provide support that assists callers to find options and make a plan to move forward, no matter how big or small the issue. ROSL is here for people experiencing daily or chronic mental health challenges such as stress, struggling to cope, needing some help for self or a friend, having suicidal thoughts or experiencing violence. The line is for anyone.
