CMHA-YT offers FREE counselling services for youth, adults, families and couples. Counselling is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4:30pm. During this time of Covid-19, we are also offering FREE drop-in counselling by telephone Monday to Friday from 9am to 4:30pm.
