Programming is developed through observed interests and involving children in a variety of activities. Mutual respect and genuine caring must be present for a meaningful relationship to develop.
Nakwaye Ku staff develop fun and inclusive programming for each of their groups, such as circle time and art activities. Working together as a team, staff share the responsibilities of planned and free play activities (indoor and outdoor), gym and cleaning.
Being located at Yukon University makes this the ideal setting for students in the Early Learning Child Care program.
