About this service
The Sunrise Health and Wellness Centre is one of eight innovation sites in the Province of Saskatchewan testing new models of primary health care. Our holistic approach emphasizes prevention, education and action.
Current hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Pulmonary and Cardiac Rehabilitation
Bone health support
Pap and breast exams

Visiting Services, i.e. Pharmacist, Mental Health Therapists, Physical Therapy (in process of being developed)
The Integrated Primary Health Care Centre is not a walk-in clinic. Please call ahead for an appointment. Walk-ins are welcomed at the City Medical Clinic in Yorkton.
