About this service
In collaboration with the Provincial Crisis Support Network, the Crisis and Prevention Support Program is designed to provide innovative, compassionate and client centred supports through a well-trained pool of individuals. The program supports clients experiencing intellectual disabilities with access to preventative measures, education, support and various strategies to reduce crisis. This program is delivered by a two-person team an interventionist and an outreach support worker.
