About this service
Envision offers Adult Counselling services in all four of our offices. Our counselling services are client directed, meaning the process is based on what the client feels they need. Counsellors provide support in the areas of safety, empowerment, self-esteem, assertiveness, healthy expression of feelings, coping strategies, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
In addition to counselling services evening workshops and groups are offered to clients periodically throughout the year.
