About this service
Lakeview Pioneer Lodge provides a palliative care bed and family suite. Palliative care focuses on providing for the needs of a person living with a life ending illness. People who choose palliative care have come to a decision with their family and doctor - to move away from curative goals to palliative or comfort care. Access to palliative care programs are provided through Client/Patient Access Services (CPAS.)
Our Respite bed is available to accommodate individuals in our community who may require a short term admission, This bed needs to be booked in advance, and can be done by calling our home at 306-233-4621
