About this service
All of our members have received support from Mental Health and Addictions Services of the Cypress Health Region. This may include the Mental Health Rehab Team, Adult Team, Acquired Brain Injury or Addictions Services. Referrals may also be provided by Social Services and Partners in Employment.
The clients case manager fills out a referral form and forwards it to CMHA. CMHA reviews referrals at staff meetings and decides as a staff on admitting the person. Individuals who have been a past member of CMHA can self-refer.
