About this organization
The Swift Current Pentecostal Church was launched in 1967, originally meeting in homes. Two years later, they built their own facility at 1699 Chaplin Street East. In 1983, the name was changed to Assembly of God, and later to Family Community Church. We have a rich history of more than 50 years of ministry to the community of Swift Current. The names and faces have changed, but the mission and mandate remain the same - to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with our community in the power of the Holy Spirit.
