About this service
Our Community Center is available to all those that find themselves in a place of need. Whether that need being food, clothing, encouragement, spiritual care or a place to visit with others in your community. Those involved at the center are more than willing to help out with your needs. Monday to Saturday phone calls accepted between 9:00am and 5:00pm at 306.361.2764. HOURS OF OPERATION TUESDAYS: Food Bank Hampers are brought to the center every Tuesday. They must be ordered by 3pm on the day before in order to be received by Tuesday morning. Food Bank hampers must be picked up between 9:30 and 12:00 noon on Tuesday. They cannot be delivered to homes. Please have your health card ready when ordering. Emergency hampers and Food Bank hampers can only be given out every second week. Please call 306.361.2764 to inquire and place orders. 12 STEP RECOVERY PROGRAM FOR WOMEN is available Tuesday's @ 2:00pm, as of Sept. 20th, in the Community Center foyer. CLOTHING DEPOT: Open on Tuesdays from 9:00am to 12:00 noon. All clothing (and small house hold items) is free. We ask that you take what you need and need what you take. THURSDAYS: CRAFTY CORNER: Meets every Thursday of the month from 1:00 - 3:30 in the Community Center. You are welcome to join us for this time of crafting. Please note that you are responsible to bring your own projects to work on. People from all walks of life come out to enjoy working on their craft while visiting with friends. Coffee Pot is always on. This program will always be postponed from June until August but will resume, again, in the fall. If you are from our community and wish to volunteer in the Community Center please call 306.361.2764
