St. Anns Residence: St. Anns Residence is an independent, seniors apartment complex for anyone who is 55 years of age or older, and who are physically and mentally capable of independent living. The building consists of 60 unfurnished, one bedroom suites, equipped with individual thermostat control, air-conditioning, fridge and stove. Maintenance and repair of the building is supplied by the Corporations staff. Tenants are responsible for the maintenance and repair of personal property. Rental Rates: Rates are set by the Board of Directors annually, based on a break-even policy calculated to cover the operating and mortgage payment costs. $875 per month Single occupancy(April/2022) $925 per month Double occupancy(April/2022) *All utilities are included in the monthly rate. Telephone, cable TV, and internet are the responsibility of the tenant.
