Welcome The St. Paul's Hospital location offers quality, licensed childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. Our preschool program includes a younger preschool program (Rainbows) and an older preschool program (Moonbeams). Our Drop-In Program is funded through the Ministry of Child and Family Services. They have 6 flexible spaces that are used on a referral basis. KidsFirst has 2 flexible spaces that are also used on a referral basis. Spadina ELCC St. Paul's location offers an Inclusion Program for children who have diverse needs to be enrolled in a regular childcare program. Inclusion funding allows the Inclusion Coordinator to develop and implement individualized programming for the child while integrating the child into the regular infant, toddler, or preschool program.
