The LINC language program is suitable for adult learners who need classes at a Canadian Language Benchmark level 1 to 8. LINC English classes are for Newcomers who: Are 18 years of age or older; Are either a Permanent Resident of Canada, Protected Person or a Convention Refugee who has been selected by Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC); and Have a current language assessment which supports referral to the classes being offered.
