Overview The CultureSync Program will empower clients to become active contributors in the broader community by enhancing their sense of belonging and supporting businesses in creating diverse and inclusive workplaces for newcomers and Indigenous peoples. CultureSync Focus CultureSync programming will be delivered through Intercultural Harmony Events and Intercultural Education focusing on: Information and Orientation Intercultural education workshops for newcomers, community organizations and businesses to encourage diversity awareness, immigration and human rights in the workplace and community. Community Connections Will match newcomer and settled immigrant or long-time Canadians for events providing one-to-one and group matching between newcomers and established members of the community to foster knowledge of local services, cross-cultural exchanges and a welcoming environment.
