Métis NationSaskatchewan (MNS) is proud to offer the First-Time Home Buyers (FTHB) Program to eligible Métis citizens. The FTHB Program assists eligible Métis citizens with a contribution of $15,000 toward the down payment of a new home. A further $2,500 is available to help cover closing costs. The program is a one-time-only opportunity for citizens across Saskatchewan. This program was run previously by the SaskMtis Economic Development Corporation (SMEDCO). All new FTHB applications received will be administered by MNS Housing and Infrastructure under new Program Guidelines.
