About this service
For those people living with lung disease whose treatment plan has or will involve a lung transplant; and their caregivers. The purpose of the group is to provide a forum where patients and caregivers can come together in a safe environment to ask questions, share experiences and offer support to each other. The group is here to help you and your family navigate the many steps on your transplant journey - from pre-transplant assessment through to living well and leading a healthy life post-transplant. The group is administered by Lung Sask and content is managed by volunteer Lung Ambassadors. To maintain a safe and confidential space, this is a closed group for patients, families and caregivers, and others with an interest in respiratory health.
