Just4Women: Drop-in Programs The Just4Women Program is a womens only program, designed to provide gender-sensitive support services to women who are vulnerable to the risks of isolation, domestic violence and lack of access to support networks for socio-economic participation. The program provides a forum for learning, friendship and broader community connections. Program Components Drop-in Session Topics Include: Skills Building Social Connections Expressive Arts Fitness4Women Leadership Development Networking EAL/ESL Sessions Cooking & Baking Reconciliation & Canadian Culture Who Can Participate? Newcomer women 18 years of age or older Any residency status ( Permanent Resident, Citizen, Visitor or Work Permit ) Registration Intake Times: ongoing intake To register for this program, please contact our main office All IWS Programs are provided FREE of charge Contact Us
