Many individuals do not know what Restorative Justice is, why it is important, how it works, its efficacy. Telling others about it is an important part of what we do. We share information with incarcerated individuals, donors, faith communities, justice professionals, students, and all who are interested in learning more! Micahs outreach comes in different forms: We visit faith communities and speak to congregations. We engage student on campus. We hold classes on restorative justice, its values, effectiveness, impacts and outcomes. We offer restorative justice workshops. We provide Indigenous Awareness education. We visit correctional institutions. We talk to donors and to the media. We provide volunteer opportunities.
