YOGA PROGRAM Established: 2011 Partners: Canadian Progress Club - Saskatoon Downtown - Title Sponsor Vinyasa Yoga for Youth Instruction, mats, music Once a week for 8 weeks, students practice yoga and learn about the benefits of increased focus, concentration, flexibility, and strength.
