Affordable Housing Program What is it? This program offers quality, affordable rental housing for families and individuals. The rent for these units is a fixed amount. Who is it for? Individuals and families are eligible for the Affordable Housing Program with consideration for the following: are homeless spend more than 30% of their household income on shelter and utilities live in a home without enough bedrooms to accomodate the size of family live in a home that is in poor condition, aggravates a health problem, or is unsuitable because of a physical disability
