Welcome to our home Ilarion is a seniors' complex located in the Nutana Suburban Centre neighbourhood of Saskatoon, one block east of Market Mall shopping centre. Ilarion consists of two buildings, Ilarion Residence and Ilarion Village, which are physically joined together. Ilarion offers three different housing options: Independent Living rental suites: four studio, 73 one-bedroom, and 15 two-bedroom suites in Ilarion Residence, which is a two-storey building. Assisted Living rental suites: 25 studio suites, three one-bedroom suites, and two one-bedroom plus den on the main floor of Ilarion Village. Life Lease Units: three one-bedroom and 27 two-bedroom suites on the second, third, and fourth floors of Ilarion Village. Amenities - Wheelchair accessible - Entry Security System - Elevators - Street level electrified parking - Tenant's Association - Library, with Ilarion and Saskatoon Public Library materials - Computers - Lounge with kitchen facilities - Games room - Exercise room - Outdoor courtyards - Chapel Restrictions - Applicants must be able to live independently. Non-smoking facility. - No overnight pets (Day visits are ok). - Must be 65+ for Independent and Assisted Living. - Must be 55+ for Life Lease units.

The organization operates a home for Senior Citizens in Saskatoon. Life lease units and assisted living spaces were added on in 2003.
