We are a full-service, licensed and insured mobility/accessibility vendor, providing mobility servicing and installation services. We provide over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial design, consultation, and construction. We provide you with the best possible solutions to meet your needs when focusing on accessible modification, renovation and construction. Our full installation services and barrier free design solutions are resourced using Universal Design Theory, the ADA (Americans with Disability act) and the precursor of the ACA (Accessible Canada Act/Bill C-81) which will soon be federally legislated and implemented. Our Services We help with renovations and modifications of your home to be more accessible. We install a wide array of equipment including stair lifts, adjustable beds, barrier free showers, lift systems and much more. As part of our services you can expect additional benefits such as education and instructional programs and assistance from our highly trained and experienced staff. Our Goal Our goal at OSC Accessibility is to work diligently with you and the greater healthcare community to open the world to the clients possibilities. In all circumstances, this needs to be accomplished with honesty, integrity, dignity and respect for everyone regardless of situation or circumstance. Communication and education are vital to successful accessibility and mobility equipment and servicing solutions. These must be implemented in a timely manner, with the clients safety and well being the utmost priority. We will prove that this is attainable and will provide them both to the client and to you. The clients success determines our own, and at OSC Accessibility, we will provide every opportunity to make that reality. Our Promise to You This high level of service begins with your first visit or phone call. It extends through product education, delivery, product instruction and training. It may include renovations and modifications (if applicable), parts, repairs, and all subsequent services you require, in helping you to be as independent as possible. If at any time you have a question, concern or comment with your equipment, we will be there to assist you. Our experienced technicians will answer your questions, repair and maintain your equipment.
