Vision We believe in fostering well-being in our workplace through prevention and early intervention to support mental health wellness. Mission (what we are & how we provide this) The EFAP is a benefit program that supports City of Saskatoon employees, eligible family members and retirees with direct access to counselling and/or information services. The program is anonymous, confidential and voluntary. Counselling services are available through a variety of delivery methods including in-person, telephone and e-counselling. Services offered through the EFAP support eligible members to address both personal and work-related challenges that affect their mental health wellness. Anonymity definition: Anonymity refers to non-disclosure of the identity of a client to the Employer. Confidentiality refers to the private, non-disclosable nature of information obtained in the communication between a client and practitioner.
