About this service
Long term housing for those living with mental illness, behavioral issues or substance abuse. To be considered for the SRP program, a referral needs to go through SWADD and RQHR (more info on this on our website). This program is usually at capacity and there is often a wait list as it is a long term program. This program comes with more support for hygiene reminders, medication administration and monitoring, assistance with daily living activities, groups and programming, appointment accompaniment if needed, etc.
