About this service
Regina Connected Youth (RCY) is a reintegration and community connection program designed for youth ages 15-24 that have involvement in the Criminal Justice system. The RCY program was created through a partnership between Street Culture Project and the Ministry of Justice that aimed to provide participants with pro-social activities each week and one-on-one mentorship. The goal of this program is to help reduce recidivism and prepare both the youth and the community for the youths eventual return to the community. Youth are referred to the RCY program through the Ministry of Justice.
