Our Nutrition Department is connected with the Clinical Fitness and Lifestyle Department. The Nutritionist does individual counselling as well as group education sessions. The nutritionist is a Registered Dietitian who counsels on numerous health-related topics such as weight management, cholesterol, diabetes, eating disorders, infant feeding, pregnancy, irritable bowel syndrome, etc. The nutritionist also holds group sessions on topics such as weight management, cholesterol, kids cooking, etc. A referral from a health professional is required.
