Prairie Spirit - Grandmother's Program

This program assists Grandmother's to build their self-esteem, to explore and learn through group sharing of their diverse parenting skills, self-love and healing for themselves. They will continue to participate in cultural activities and have time for self-care and

socialization with other Grandmother's. It is essential for quality of life and their mental health.

Children's program- The children's program is part of the Grandmother's program, this allows the grandchildren to develop and maintain healthy social and behavioral skills . They are actively part of a group which enhances team building through games and activities. There is also a cultural component which allows teaching values and respect for themselves and others.
