About this service
Munch has been pleased to partner with Inclusion Regina in the offering of Cooking with Munch, a life-skills focused series of classes for adults with cognitive disabilities. These six-week classes are offered one evening per week for six students at a time. The first cycle focused on cooking simple meals on a budget and the second focused on baking skills.
