Mommy Connections - Regina - Prenatal Programs

Congratulations on the upcoming arrival of your baby-to-be! As your due date approaches, one of the best things you can do is put aside the stroller research and nursery decoration and prepare YOU for whats to come.

Our Mom-To-Be program includes a wealth of information to prepare you for the final stages of pregnancy, birth and the fourth trimester (aka the first few months of parenthood). Youll also get to meet a village of supportive women who are at the same stage as you.

Over the course of the program (the length and formal of which varies from location-to-location), youll learn about topics like nutrition, preparing your body physically for childbirth, and what to expect when it comes to breastfeeding, have plenty of opportunity for discussion, and in many cases get to enjoy a relaxing and gentle yoga or pilates class suitable for all fitness levels.

There will be tons of time for socializing, door prizes, and youll also leave with a special gift bag.
