About this service
COAST is a multifunctional approach to stabilizing and supporting people identified with mental health and addiction issues in the community. COAST services include: support transitioning home from hospital or detox, follow support as requested by psychiatry, and crisis intervention. Services are short term and intensive to support individuals while connecting them to longer-term services or until stabilization.
