About this service
This program aims to provide youth with the opportunity to build on what they learned while in custody, increase their self-awareness and offer hope for a more fulfilling life. Participating youth are ages 16-18 and have attended corrections treatment programs in the past. Throughout the 12 sessions, youth are introduced to community supports, taught life skills and engage in community events when available.
