About this service
Hopes Home provides supportive living for foster children with complex medical needs as a long-term solution for housing. In these homes we provide 24 hour nursing care as well as physical, occupational and/or speech therapy. We also ensure that our children are taken to all of their appointments and treatments from audiologists, dentists, surgeons or any other outside professionals. We have recreation programmers, who design fun and educational indoor and outdoor activities, as well as plan outings into the community for our children. We become these childrens families, and provide them with the love and support they need.
