About this service
Lets Move is a weekly after-school program that provides opportunities for fun physical activity to youth ages 9 to 14. With a focus on play, this program supports young people in improving their physical fitness, building their self-confidence, and developing healthy relationships. Youth participate in a variety of activities ranging from swimming to bowling, and from basketball to laser tag. Groups meet at Thomson Community School (Toronto Street at Victoria Avenue) and are transported by program facilitators to activity locations as needed.
